Change payment method

Expired bank card, insufficient funds, you may need to change your payment method for various reasons, no problem as you can change your payment method easily and at any time.

• Log in to your Dashboard: To start, log in to your Vivlab account using your login details.
• Go to Your Profile: At the top right of the page, click on the profile icon to access your profile.
• Access Settings: In your profile, look for the “Settings” option and click on it.
• Manage Your Offer: In the settings, you will find information about your current offer. Click on “Manage my offer” to continue.
• Change Payment Method: You will now see the option to change your payment method. You can do this in “Current plan” or in “Payment method”.
