Terminate your subscription

You have full control over managing your subscription with Vivlab. Here’s how you can easily end your subscription whenever you wish:

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

• Log in to your dashboard: Start by logging into your Vivlab account using your credentials.
• Access Your Profile: In the upper right corner of the page, click on the profile icon. This will take you to your profile.
• Go to Settings: In your profile, look for the “Settings” option and click on it.
• Manage Your Offer: In the settings, you will find information about your current offer, including your invoice history. Click on “Manage my offer” to continue.
• Cancel Your Plan: You will now see an option to “Cancel the plan.” Click on this option to stop your subscription.

Remember:

Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will still be able to enjoy it during this time.

If you change your mind and wish to renew your subscription, you can simply subscribe again whenever you wish.

With this flexibility, you have full control over managing your Vivlab subscription, making your experience as straightforward as possible.
