The footer of a website, also known as "footer" in English, is the section located at the bottom of each page of a site. It generally contains important information, links, and additional features that are not necessary for the main navigation of the site but are useful for the user.

💡 If you haven't created a page yet, it is necessary to create one to access the customization of your footer.

Follow these steps to edit the footer:

  1. Go to the Website > Pages List tab

  2. Select one of your existing pages.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on the footer.

  4. Start editing your footer.

Footer templates are available to help you, but you can also start with a blank section.

The footer serves several essential functions:

  • Additional navigation: It provides links to important pages of the site such as the home page, contact pages, legal notices, terms of use, etc.

  • Contact details and information: It can include contact details such as the postal address, phone number, and email address of the company or organization.

  • Links to social media: It may include icons or links to the company's social media profiles so that visitors can easily connect and interact on these platforms.

  • Legal information: It may contain links to privacy policies, terms of use, legal notices, and other important legal information.
