Set up subscriptions, for a fixed or indefinite period, for your clients.
Offering a subscription option to your customers can simplify the management of recurring payments and strengthen loyalty. Follow these steps to set up subscription pricing on your site.
Start by creating a new product or selecting an existing one to apply the subscription pricing.
Go to the “Product Pricing” tab and activate the “Switch to Subscription Pricing” option to convert the standard pricing into a subscription.
Provide the following information to configure the subscription:
Rate: Indicate the amount you wish to charge your customers for this subscription. If it is a subscription for physical products (which need to be delivered), it is important to note that the subscription price should include the price of the products + shipping.
Payment frequency: Choose the recurring billing interval, for example, weekly, monthly, or annually.
Subscription duration: Determine the length of the subscription if you want it to be time-limited (for example, 6 months). Leave this option blank for an indefinite subscription.
By following these steps, you can easily offer subscription options to your customers and automate the recurring billing process, while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
⚠️ If the subscription is indefinite, the customer must contact you to request cancellation.
