Create the delivery methods offered to my clients.

The selection of delivery options and pickup points is crucial for orders placed by your customers on your site. Vivlab gives you the opportunity to create a wide range of options, filterable by country.

Managing delivery options

1. Access the Delivery tab in the E-commerce section to create and manage your delivery options.
2. If no delivery options are available yet, click on Create to add one.
3. Enter the name of the delivery option, which will be visible to your customers during the selection of delivery or pickup in the checkout process. For clarity, you can include the carrier's name, the delivery area, and/or the timeframe (for example, Colissimo EU Delivery, Chronopost Express France Delivery, In-store Pickup 24h).

Converting a delivery option to a pickup option

1. Activate the Convert delivery to pickup option to add the address and hours of the pickup point.
2. If you have a physical store or if you have partners who do, you can offer your customers the ability to pick up their order on-site for free.

Indicating the shipping price

1. In the “Delivery amount” field, enter the base price. Leave it at €0 if you want to offer free delivery or pickup without conditions.
2. If the amount should increase based on the number of products in the cart, activate the Per item surcharge option and specify the additional amount per product. For example, if the base delivery rate is €5 and the surcharge is €2, the delivery rate will rise to €7 for two items in the cart, to €9 for three items, and so on.
3. You can also offer free delivery above a certain purchase amount. Activate the Free delivery above a certain amount option and specify the minimum purchase threshold, excluding delivery fees.
