Create an event for my clients

With the Vivlab editor, it is possible to create an event such as training, a workshop, or a trade show and allow your clients to reserve a spot, which simplifies the management of these events and enhances your clients' experience.

To do this:

• Create a product: Everything starts with creating a product. You describe the event, its content, its duration, and everything your clients need to know.
• In the “Customization” section, simply activate the “Set the product as an event” option. This transforms your product into a bookable event.
• Enter the date, the time, and the location of your event. This allows your clients to know when and where the event will take place.

Once your clients have made their payment, they receive a special email. This email is much more than just a payment receipt. It contains all the essential information about the event, such as the date, time, and location. This assures your clients that they have successfully reserved their spot for the event.

This email will also serve as a reservation confirmation, ensuring them that they have indeed reserved their spot for your event.

With this feature, you can easily organize and promote training sessions, workshops, trade shows, or any other type of event you offer to your clients. It facilitates the booking of spots and provides a smooth and convenient experience for both you and your clients.
