Créer un produit numérique (dématérialisé) pour mes clients

With the Vivlab editor, it is possible to sell digital products, such as ebooks, cookbooks, patterns, training, or even coloring books. Your customers can then purchase the product and use it as they wish via the internet.

To do this:

• Create a product: Everything starts with the creation of a product. You describe the product, its content, its format, and everything your customers need to know.

• In the “Customization” section, simply activate the option “Set the product as digital”. This transforms your product into a downloadable dematerialized product.

• Add the file(s) that make up the dematerialized product (PDF, images, videos) within the limit of 10 files of 20 MB each.

Once your customers have made the payment, they receive two emails: the order confirmation and the link to access the dematerialized product.

By clicking on this link, they access the "Downloads" page of your site and enter the email address linked to the order to access the file(s).

💡 The file(s) are linked to the dematerialized product sheet: if you change the files within the sheet, customers who purchased it will have access to these new files.

With this feature, you can easily sell and make your dematerialized and digital products available, and grow your business by offering additional content.
