The announcement bar allows you to display a personalized message at the top of your site. The announcement bar is very useful for announcing sales, promotions, changes to your opening hours, or other important news.

⚠️ The announcement bar appears on every page of your site.

Follow these steps to make an announcement bar appear:

  1. Go to the Website > List of Web Pages

  2. Select one of your existing pages.

  3. Edit your navigation bar.

  4. Add an item.

  5. In the list of items, select Announcement Bar.

💡 It is possible to create multiple announcement bars, in which case the bars scroll one after the other.

Among the actions when clicking, you have the following possibilities:

  • External / manual link: Add an external or internal URL that will open in a new tab. Enter the URL in the Page Link field.

  • Email via mailto: The mailto allows visitors to easily send you an email. Enter the email address in the Email Address field.

  • Phone number: The phone number allows visitors to call you directly. Enter the number in the Phone Number field.

  • Web page: Add a link to another page on your site. Select the page from the dropdown list.

  • Category (e-commerce): Associate a category directly related to your page. Select the category from the dropdown list.

  • Products (e-commerce): Associate an e-commerce product from your catalog directly related to your page. Enter the product in the field.

  • Blog and blog articles: Associate your blog page or your blog articles related to your page. Select the blog from the dropdown list.

  • .pdf Document: Add a .pdf link to your page. Upload or drop the file.

All you have to do is modify the text color, background color, and set the display duration of the banner (when there are multiple announcement bars) in the menu on the right side of your screen.
