Three ways to deliver
When creating a delivery option, first choose its type: each has its own settings and delivery process. Then confirm to open the relevant form.
Parcel shipping
Ship to the customer's address using the carrier of your choice. No prerequisites.
Click & Collect pickup
The customer collects their order in store or at the designated pickup point. Prerequisite: pickup address and opening hours.
Mondial Relay delivery
Ship to a pickup point selected by the customer at checkout. Prerequisite: a connected Mondial Relay account.

Each delivery option opens all its settings, organized into clear sections: customers only see what you choose to display.
Name & additional information
The name is the label shown at checkout: make it clear (e.g. Colissimo). Add a detail to show the customer, or provide the address and opening hours for a pickup.
Pricing type
Standard (a fixed amount or tiered pricing) or by weight (calculated based on the basket's weight). Choose the option that suits what you ship.
Required information
Request information when the order is placed (access code, floor, instructions) and provide a prompt to guide the customer.
Delivery status
Switch between Available (offered to the customer) and Inactive (hidden from checkout) without ever deleting it.
Two ways to set the price
The Pricing type section determines how the delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard pricing
An amount you set yourself. Fixed rate: the same price regardless of the order. Tiered pricing: the price changes based on the basket total (e.g. free over €50).
Weight-based pricing
The price is calculated based on the basket's weight. Enter the weight of each product on its product page: ideal when the carrier charges by weight bracket.
