When you create one, pick the type first: each has its own settings and routing. Then confirm to open the matching form.
Parcel shipping
Sent to the customer's address through the carrier of your choice.
No prerequisites
Click & Collect pickup
The customer comes to collect in store or at the pickup point you've set.

Mondial Relay delivery
Shipped to a Mondial Relay pickup point chosen by the customer at checkout.

If you pick this type without a linked account, a banner appears at the top of the form so you can finish connecting from the Carriers page.
Settings for a delivery option
Click a row, set everything up
Each delivery option opens all of its settings, grouped into clear sections: the customer only sees what you choose to show.
The name is the label shown at checkout: be specific (e.g. Colissimo 48h). Add a detail shown to the customer, or the address and hours for a pickup.
Standard (flat amount or by tiers) or by weight (calculated on the cart's weight). Choose based on what you ship.
Ask for a piece of info at order time (access code, floor, instructions) with a hint text that guides the customer.
Switch between Available (offered to the customer) and Inactive (hidden from checkout) without ever deleting it.

Pricing type
Two ways to set the price
The Pricing type block decides how the delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard pricing
An amount you set yourself, independent of the parcel's weight.
- Flat amount: the same price whatever the order.
- By tiers: the price changes with the cart total (e.g. free over €50).
Weight-based pricing
The amount is calculated automatically from the cart's weight.
- Enter the weight of each product on its page for an accurate calculation.
- Great for shipments where the carrier bills per weight bracket.
