Turn on accounts for your Vivlab site: visitors sign up, find their orders and loyalty points, and you can reserve certain pages for logged-in members.
Two ways to use accounts
Whether you sell products or publish content, the account is your visitors' way in. You decide what it opens for them.
Your customers create an account when they buy, or before. They keep a clear thread of their relationship with your store.
No store? Accounts also protect access. Reserve pages or articles for logged-in members only.
The member area
Once logged in, your customer has a personal area connected to your store. They no longer have to email you for the smallest question: it's all there, kept up to date.
Every order they have placed, with its status and amount. One click reopens the detail of each one.
Their active or finished subscriptions, which they follow straight from their account.
One or more saved addresses that they add, edit or remove themselves.
Their cards saved securely with our payment provider, for faster purchases.
Members-only content
On every page or article, choose who can see it. Visitors who aren't logged in are invited to create an account or sign in before they enter.
Built-in loyalty
Start a rewards program in a few clicks. Your members earn points on every purchase, then trade them for discounts at checkout.
Set the single rate applied to every purchase. The preview converts it live: €1 spent earns X points.
Give points at sign-up, then every year on the customer's birthday.
Set the tiers: how many points the customer spends, and the discount they get back.
Only one program runs at a time, automatically for all your members.
From the dashboard
The Members page gathers every account created on your site. Search by name, email or tag, filter by status, and open any record to see contact details, orders and subscriptions.
Most members sign up on their own. The "Add a member" button is for the cases where you enter a customer by hand, for example after a sale closed offline.
Sign-in & security
Your members sign in with Google or by email. You keep control of each account: verify an address on the customer's behalf, or end all their active sessions in one click.
Your customers sign in with one click using their Google account, with no new password to remember.
reCAPTCHA v3 filters out bots at sign-up and sign-in, in the background, without getting in your customers' way.
They are protected with Argon2id hashing, today's reference algorithm for password security.
Frequently asked
Do I need a store to turn on accounts?
No. Without a store, accounts let you reserve pages or articles for logged-in members, for a club, a community or subscriber content.
How does an account become "Verified"?
An account turns Verified when the customer confirms their email address, or when you confirm it yourself from their record.
Can I segment my members?
Yes: assign tags (loyal, professional, reseller) and add an internal note visible only to your team.
Is loyalty set member by member?
No. A single program runs at a time and rewards all your members automatically, with no individual setting.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Cards are saved with our payment provider, and passwords are protected with Argon2id hashing, never stored in plain text.
What happens if I delete an account?
Deletion is permanent: the member loses access to their account and all their loyalty points. You are asked to confirm before it goes through.
